At our neighboring ward, Fukushima, there is a facility called Wan Unity, which is a place where dogs can exercise. We have taken Amo-san here three times before. Let’s have a look inside!
Here we have a banner in front of Yodogawa Station of the Hanshin Main Line.
If we go up the slope…
we see a signboard! On the right-hand side, there is a parking area.
The front desk is behind the futsal court. You need to make a reservation beforehand, and for the first time, you need proof of vaccination, proof of rabies vaccination, and owner’s ID.
There are so many courses to choose from, such as, doggy’s playground, dog training, or agility classes, but this is Amo-san’s very first time to take a dog run course. If you have a membership, then you can have a discount, but this time, we are going to be a visitor for two thousand yen per hour.
Wow! How huge is this field!
Let’s open the gate and… look at Amo-san rush into the field! The gate has a lock so dogs can be safe without a leash.
First, let’s have Amo-san walk across the balance beam. He sure is good at it, isn’t he?
It seems that Amo-san is interested at the poodle at the course next to our field.
The poodle seems to be good at the agility.
Now, Amo-san wants to watch and learn from senior dogs.
How adorable Amo-san is, getting out of the tunnel! Good job!
It’s frisbee time, partner!
Let’s have a break, shall we? Aww! Amo-san and his wonderful smile!
We can see that Amo-san is better off without his leash when he catches balls.
Next, Amo-san is going to try the slopes. It’s okay, Amo-san. Slowly, slowly. You can do it!
Finally, the hurdles! Amo-san is gradually getting used to the hurdles, step by step!
It looks like Amo-san is getting tired from all the fun, so let’s head on over to. the benches and head home.
Here are videos of our day at Wan Unity.
